This tasted so good that I would recommend getting it if you are really needing the extra boost. Just be aware that the side affect for this will make you a little itchy but that just because of one of the ingredients in it. Just tried it for the first time today... I was hoping this would give me that boost of energy that I desperately need. I have sleep issues and I'm a sahm to 3 young children so I could use any and all energy boosters. This is only getting 4stars b/c... I'm not getting any kind of kick from the caffeine. Maybe b/c I have so much of it every day so it's not giving me the same effect as it would someone else that drinks less caff? It did give me that tingly, warm, prickly sensation. Not unpleasant. And it did give me enough motivation to actually get up and exercise so hey.. there's that at least. THe Gummy Worm flavor is really yummy. This is where most of the stars are coming from. It's sweet, but the sweetness is cut by sour so it's more refreshing instead of just being some overly sweet drink. The flavor is just like candy too. Like someone liquified sour patch kids and made it in to a drink. This stuff is amazing! I too half a scoop the first time, didn’t do anything. Today I took one scoop with plenty of water and within 60-90min I felt it kick in. And boy! I tell you…I couldn’t contain myself…I haven’t had this much fun kickboxing ever! It didn’t make me jittery or itchy. It made me energetic, like radiate energy…lol I felt like I was on a high, adrenaline rush… started hollering and dancing mid work out. Great stuff. Tip: make sure you get to your workout within 45-60min. I stopped at a store on the way home and felt it kick in. Couldn’t let that energy out about felt a bit weird. Get it! ... show more

I’ve had better preworkouts. The pump and energy is good, but the texture is very grainy. Recommend using a little more water than usual to mix it. The flavor is good, but not as good as Gummy Worm.

    • Expensive But Good Stuff for Gym Rats

Packaging: Shipped in a small box Amazon box. The container is sealed upon delivery of course. Product Impressions: I have been using this product for over 4 years. It really helps me push to the limit during cardio and weight workouts. I go to the gym daily and this stuff ROCKS. The flavor of course tastes a bit...industrial but that normal for these products. A scoop and desiccant are placed in every product container. Usability: Daily use is fine from what I have experienced. I recommend starting with half or 1/4 of a scoop when you first try this so you can actually sleep at night (I learned the hard way my first day). I also don't recommend taking this stuff over 35 years of age for fears of heart issues (palpitations). Overall Thoughts: Great quality product, only gripe is when you remove the initial outer seal around the actual black lid, you kind of have to remove the entire outer label covering the rest of the container or else it just falls off. But definitely recommend for gym rats. GET PUMPED but please be careful with this stuff. ... show more
