  • Works and look great
I bought this seven years ago and it still looks like brand new. It was easy to assemble and the only thing I’ve had to replace are the glass stones. It’s not too heavy, so it’s easy to move around and I added castor wheels to the bottom so I could move it easily by myself. I keep it covered, so that probably extends its life. Anyway, no complaints and it’s been a great purchase. ... show more

  • great heat output on cool nights
This is a great size and it does put out some heat. It's very sturdy and I love that it's metal.

  • Worked great....twice....
Have used the fire table twice since I purchased and put it together...now it wont light. Have tried removing knob( per sellers suggestion) and tried bb's as in another comment..with no luck. My husband took out the regulator and tried to light the end with a lighter( not good idea but led us to realize it's the regulator). Seller says its past return on table.....asked if there is no warranty for the regulator...still waiting for reply...... Updated 5/12/2020. ..... still noone has attempted to contact me regarding my issue with the regulator on this fire table. Cannt find one to fit it....very strange to me to make a product with unstandard product. So used twice...regulator quit. Ordered 4-5 regulators but wrong size. The cover is so cheap, it disintegrated over the winter even though it was coveted with yet another cover that I covered my furniture with. It seems like we will need some sort of adapter between the knob and regulator....??? Anyone else have this issue? ... show more

  • You want to know this before assembling
So first, this seems like a nice enough unit. I dislike that you need an allen wrench (supplied), but the bolts are so close to the frame you can only turn the took about 1/4 turn. So it takes a while to install the bolts. Point being, make sure you do it correctly so you do not have to redo it. As others have noted, the supplied fabric cover is pretty bad. Flimsy. Will blow off in a wind. It would be nice to find a nicer canvas cover for this fire pit. Here are my recommendations to add to the instructions. You basically are connecting all 4 walls together using the smaller/longer bolts. But, make sure about orientation. The back wall has two nuts for the propane tank tray and these nuts face the inside, at the bottom, near the door. If you do it upside down, you will have to redo it. Ignore the straps. I think these were designed by the legal department. Same people that mention a hundred times to do a full leak test every time you use the thing, and printed the words on the fabric cover to not operate the unit with the cover installed. The instructions say to not tighten these bolts holding the wall together. They never state when to actually tighten them. When you install the top, note that the ignitor switch and control knob assembly fits THROUGH an opening. It is easy to miss this and then you will struggle with alignment and possibly mess things up. Align the knob assembly into the opening. Once you have the top bolts hand inserted, feel free to tighten them. I can't see any reason to leave them loose as the instructions state. Now if you are going to tighten the allen head wall bolts.... the top cover is mostly in your way. But you can reach them from under the top without having to flip the unit over. It is a bit fiddly but it can be done. At the end... you will be staring at a AA battery in your hand and cursing... that maybe it had to be installed before you put everything together... but that would be a really bad design. The red ignitor switch button easily hand screws off and you insert the battery into the switch. Positive tip towards the red button. Test this by pressing the button and you can hear the ignitor firing. Attach your propane tank, light it up, enjoy a nice adult beverage and admire your handywork. ... show more

  • What are you waiting for? Buy it
Don’t even read the reviews. It’s beautiful. It’s so easy to assemble and it’s pretty awesome. I have to admit I’m a little annoyed how quickly the propane is used up. But this is my first gar fire table so idk if that’s the norm. But I am in love with this thing.

  • This firepit is beautiful. I assembled it myself
This firepit is beautiful. I assembled it myself, took about an hour; although it would be easier and quicker with a helping hand. It looks much higher end than you would expect for the price. I have found the ignition a little tricky and learned you have to hold the gas control knob in for few seconds to give the flames a chance to really catch. The cover is flimsy - I have it on a covered patio and live in a very warm year round climate, so not an issue for me. But it you live in a colder climate and have it in an uncovered area, I would recommend investing in a good quality cover. Highly recommend this item. ... show more

  • Easy fix for knob issue
Like many other reviewers, we had a problem with the gas control knob. When you push the knob in and turn to light, the gas doesn't flow. This is because the hole in the back of the knob is too deep. If you simply pull the knob off, you can drop 2-3 bb's into the hole on back of the knob, put the knob back on, and it works. Once you get the right amount of bb's for this to work, just hot glue them into the knob so they don't move around and it's fixed. Yes, you shouldn't have to do this on a new product, but it's an easy fix for a firepit that otherwise is a great value. ... show more
