Preface: You have to read the description on this item. No, it does not come with a pump or filter, but since we already had those, this was perfect. Pros: Simple to put together and take down. Setup and breakdown took less than an hour and I was able to do it myself. Frame is sturdy and lining is thick and well made. The depth is nice. Cons: intex and bestway fittings won't fit this and the fittings for this are sold out during summer, so it took some retrofitting. Overall, we love it and it's well worth the money with all the enjoyment we got out of it. ... show more

This was SO much easier to set up than I expected. I actually had some level of dread when it showed up in its heavy, compact box, but I was worried for nothing. I did have my son help with a few parts, but I didn't need to. We've been it every day for a week or so now, and we can't get enough of it, especially with our 100+ degree days lately. Kids love it! Deep enough to use diving sticks; shallow enough for the 6 year old to stand. Sides feel very sturdy and the hardware is solid. The included pump works for now, but we'll be investing in a sand filter, since we live in the desert Southwest. Excellent buy! ... show more

The pool came on time. It's very easy to set up. Great product. The seller sent the wrong pool. I ordered a 15x48 and got a 14x48. I didn't realize this until the pool was up and filled. Contacted Amazon by phone on Saturday late afternoon told them what happened and by early Sunday morning the seller contacted me and gave me a partial refund. I ask for the partial refund since the pool was smaller and it was already up and filled. The seller was very quick with their response and solution. Mistakes are made it happens. The seller did great on fixing it. I'm really pleased with the pool it's only a foot smaller. The important thing is the seller made it right and I really appreciate it. ... show more

I absolutely love this pool! It was sooo much bigger than I actually thought it was. but just be aware this product does not come with anything whatsoever. It comes with no filter, no ladder nothing. It’s literally just the pool so just know you’ll have to buy everything separate. The material is such good quality. It was so easy to set up my husband did it within one hour by himself. Took about 10 hours to fill up. Just make sure that the ground is level as the rods will shift as the water expands the pools sidings. Deff worth the $$ the family loved it. ... show more

    • Fun… but terrible experience

For what it’s worth, it’s fun to have some water in this Arizona heat! Me and my boyfriend put this together in about 30 minutes. Pretty sturdy, too!! However, I have had to submit 4 warranty claims in the first few weeks of having it. The first one was the liner, I filled it up a quarter of the way and saw it was leaking from somewhere on the bottom. I got a new liner within a couple weeks, but originally was told it could be a couple months since it’s a new model and they don’t have them in stock; I think I got lucky :) Then, putting the ladder together, I found it had missing steps. Third, the pump was put together once I was ready to fill the new liner I received, and both of the 5’ tubes had holes in multiple places. Lastly (and hopefully the actual last), the pump stopped working. It’s creating bubbles at the base of the tubes, so it’s on, just not filtering or moving water. Checked to see if it was clogged, if it was level, if tubes were clogged, everything I was told to check after research on pool pumps. These issues seem menial, however, without things working properly, you cannot use the pool without additional issues. I am bummed the warranty is only a year (included). With this many issues this soon, what should we expect after the year is up? You can pay extra for extended warranty which is great (my window to add it closed before I had time to put the pool together (definitely my mistake, so don’t make it on your end too!!). My nieces will love it when they visit me, but the money to have these constant issues are it’s broken items is not worth the time, energy and money. I will make this one last as long as possible, but I will never order from Bestway again after this. I don’t want you all to spend money and be working on it more than you can enjoy it. ... show more

Awesome pool for the price but you MUST buy the Intex 2500 GPH pump for $105 dollars. The pump that comes with this pool is garbage and does not work well at all. You must absolutely buy the intex 2500 GPH pump because it is a beast and works brilliantly with this best way pool. The pump is only $105 and then you buy the Intex adapter which is $5 for two of them and you absolutely need the adapter for it to work with this pool. But once you get it the setup will be fantastic. Pool liner is strong and it looks great it's tall. It's easy to put together but the pool cover has holes in it on top there's four holes and I hate that feature. By the plastic clamps at Lowe's for $14 to help put the pool cover on makes a huge difference on ease. If you do not plan on buying the Intex pool pump then don't even bother buying this pool because the pump that comes with it is garbage. ... show more

Pool is good. Very easy to set up, Be prepared to buy you own pump/filter. We had a similar pool in the past that came with a filter & it was horrible. We bought a good one to add to this pool & water is crystal clear. Just be prepared to spend at least $100 more for a good pump.
