    • I feel super speedy!
I've used it a few times so far since my purchase about 3 wks ago. Cons: The seat is super hard and uncomfortable, the basket is smaller than the impression given by photo, the brakes sound like they're grinding when I use them, and the tires make me nervous as I feel every single rock, road crack, etc. I happen to ride over. Pros: My it's my age, lol, but 15 mph on two wheels feels super speedy, lol. I was super nervous the first time trying it out, but I knew with practice, I'd get the hang of it. I still forget to let go of the throttle and actually use the brakes, but at least I'm not all wobbly on it now. It was super easy to put together and there's space enough for a phone holder, cup holder (either/or, lol), and mirrors. The throttle is easy enough to use, but can cause fatigue on the hands if you have issues with your hands. We bought throttle handles for it, but they don't fit on it. Do your research thoroughly if you're going to buy those for yours. Overall, I'm happy with the bike, I haven't had any issues with it so far except for the nervousness the tires cause, but I've also only gone very short distances with it (like right up the street and back to the store/dr's). It's also quite heavy for someone my age (59), I wouldn't recommend this type of ebike if you live on a second floor with only stairs to get up and down, otherwise, I'd say go for it. Luckily, I have a husband and two teenaged boys to bring it up and down for me, lol. Oh, and one more thing...It's difficult to find a cover for it. We searched and searched and most "bike" covers are for regular 10-speed-size or motorcycle-size and are too big for it. If anyone knows of a cover that will fit and not break the bank ($25 or less) message me somehow and let me know! LOL ... show more

At 67 was very uncomfortable when I first got on it. I drove a Motorcycle for over 25 years until I got hit by a car. I then went off a sidewalk with a bicycle the wrong way and broke a leg. Very nervous about another 2 wheel vehicle after 17 plus years. I pulled through and successfully road it without injury. After 7 homes purchased in the past due to 20 years service and after retirement I moved into an apartment complex. Although I have not hit the max speed yet it will work great for getting me around the complex to pick up mail and take trash to the dumpster instead of using my Jeep. Being disabled won’t take far because if I have a problem would not be able to walk it home. Packaging was excellent with no damage; easy to set up for use and very smooth on the road. I would purchase this item again. UPDATE: Love it. I’m now 68 and works great. Charging Lasts a very long time. Still a very smooth ride and have no problems with this item. I use it at least 3 times per week between picking up mail or taking out trash. Basket has no problem fitting a 13 gallon kitchen trash bag and I use a store recycling grocery bag for my mail. I would take it to grocery store but only use it around the complex due to narrow roads and lack of sidewalks. For me an excellent choice I made in this purchase. ... show more

Had to update my review. After my son riding this electric scooter for 2 months, the scooter has some kind of short in it, because every time he turns the key on, the battery immediately is drained, and the scooter will not start. We tried 4 times to call the company, and the line goes dead after the intial message. We've emailed both of their customer service addresses with no response. The scooter has a 1 year warranty, which is no good if you can't even contact the company. Amazon the window of support closed 3 months after we bought it. (We bought the scooter a month before we gave it to our son.) So now, we paid all this money for a scooter that he only took outside to ride a few times. We are SO disappointed. ... show more

this came as expected. easy to put together and well packed. It worked right out of the box and at 72 yrs old I was a little concerned about ability to use it, now used for 3 weeks and enjoying it. took it camping and loved it Oops it is now 15 months old and the electric power is just stopping suddenly and don’t know why.
