Our 2yo (now almost 3yo) LOVES this bike. We use it daily. We added two drinks holders (one for kiddo and added one to the pole/adult handlebars). After 6 months of daily intense use, the wire cable that controls the parent steering snapped. So at that point it became unusable. I contacted the manufacturer through the Amazon portal. They asked for pictures of the snapped cable and the s/n off the bike. I sent the photos and within 5 days a replacement bike arrived free of charge. It was awesome! ... show more

The bike looks good, my daughter loves riding it. The wheel is wonky, it does not affect the ride. But Its good to look at while it's moving. The parent steering handle is loose. I bought two other ones before settling with this one. The other two were cheap and poorly made. One was limited to just being a balance bike which had no options for training wheels or more stability. This one has so many options to ride that it will be able to adjust to his needs as he grows older. The parent handle which allows for steering as well as controlling his speed is a nice touch as well. I really don’t have any complaints accept for perhaps I wish the wheels were rubber and not plastic but it’s not like he needs more traction than they offer. ... show more

There is a cable on the underside of the bike that allows you to turn the front wheel from the back using the extended pole. One side completely snapped so now it's unable to turn left. Doesn't seem to be a way to get inside and replace the cable either. Would highly recommend looking at other options than this bike. Bought it in June, and the cable snapped in September. Bike worked nicely; but needed a replacement for cracked component. Seller was wonderful about replacing. Currently the arm has a broken internal wire for steering.
