These panels are exactly what I was looking for. This is NOT a skin but actual plastic panels for the PS5. They were packed extremely well in a custom box from Amazon? Not a fan of the OEM white panels. Installation is super easy and instructions are included. There are videos on Youtube on how to take the panels off. My advice is be gentle pulling up on the corner. You actually pull up one corner while using your other hand to slide the panel. It doesn't take a lot of force to get them off. If you try to take these off like a bull in a china shop, you'll break the plastic brackets on the other side. A couple times installing the new panels, one corner kept popping out. Once you slide the panel on, press on all four corners, you'll hear it click into place. I could see someone thinking the panels and the panel falling off risking dropping your beloved PS5, make sure they are on. The color of these are more of a flat black with what appears to be a satin clear coat. Nice contrast with the gloss front finish. Very well made and recommended. ... show more

The matte black looks great, especially if you wanted to get some bat man stickers and make it look like that. Also it goes perfectly with the matte black controller sold by PlayStation. All around a great buy and well worth the money I’ll add pictures shortly.

Want that slick black look on your console? Then you would not regret it. It takes a bit patience to snap it in place in the middle but it fits perfect once you get it right. However, in case you did not notice like I did not, it does not come with the PS logo cut out in the corner :/

Fits snuggly into place, is easy to install, and looks great. I ended up having to watch a youtube video on how to remove the old cover, you Slide and Lift Up at the same time, not just lift. Once I did that, the covers were super easy to remove and replace.
