This item came in 2 days as promised for my superbowl party. It came very well packaged and undamaged. My husband said the longest part of assemble, was removing all the plastic tight wrapping. It goes great with my patio décor and taller than appears in the picture which is fine. I bought the cover and a tank and all works out great. The media could not be loaded. I bought one of these heaters two years ago and I love it. It’s held up really well in the weather and still looks brand new. So I just bought another one because I’m having a big 70th birthday bash at my house and it’s going to be cold poolside. My favorite thing about this heater is the elegant look and the table, which really comes in handy when people stand around it or sit next to it. Some customers in here said their table wobbled, I stuck a couple of 1/16th” canvas framing clips onto the plastic ring that secures it on top and it‘s perfectly stable (see attached photo). As others have mentioned, the only hard part about the assembly was removing the stupid heat-shrink plastic protective plastic on the reflector pieces, and putting that part together without a second set of hands. I included a video regarding the plastic film. It’s ridiculous as a protector because it can still be scratched and my fingernails scratched it just trying to remove the film if I wasn’t really careful. This should be replaced by wrapping the pieces in thick paper. Something more environmentally friendly and easier to remove. It took me 15 minutes to remove the plastic from both sides of each of four pieces (1 hour total). It only took me 45 minutes to assemble to heater after that. I did not put sand in the base and although I live on a hill with occasional high winds, mine has never blown over. I do too it to reach the top for covering, so wouldn’t want sand in the base. The unit is very heavy with the tank inside. One other item to note, the tank should be removed before attempting to roll the unit on its wheels to another location. One of my wheels dented when I went over a crack in the sidewalk while I was moving it with the tank inside. The wheels are just cheap plastic. The rest of the unit is durable. ... show more

The patio heater works great! After trying to get it lit following the directions to the letter, I turned the knob from directly under the word "PILOT" - do not point it to "PILOT" continue turning the knob until it stops at the detent; that allows enough gas to enter the pilot ; continue following the rest of the directions and you should have a warm patio heating in minutes. The install was under 2 hrs but I was interrupted a few times. I haven't put water or sand in it yet so it is easy to roll and the wind is generally blocked by the house but if i move it I will. It will probably warm a 9' in diameter area if put in the center which is 4 1/2 ft each direction. Enjoy! About 8 months ago this patio heater suddenly would not ignite anymore. I spent hours trying to determine what was causing the problem. Finally, I found that the hoses were indeed delivering gas up to the igniter assembly but that is where it ended, it never reached the spark of the pilot. We would really love to use the heater in the upcoming summer evenings. Please let us know if this can be repaired or replaced in a timely manner. Appreciate your response. Thank you. ... show more

After some initial delivery problems (they never showed up, Twice!), it finally arrived. The directions are clear but not perfect, found everything needed to assemble it in the box and got to work. Perhaps 45 minutes to assemble, it took a few tries to get it working initially, but it has worked very well ever since and looks good too. JUNE 2020: HAD TO TRASH THE UNIT. KEPT IT COVERED WHEN NOT IN USE, BUT THE PILOT JUST WOULDN'T SPARK OR LIGHT FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS. HEAVY WINDS KNOCKED IT OVER ONE NIGHT AND THE CHEAP TIN TOP BENT IN 3 DIRECTIONS. GOING TO TRY TO FIND A BETTER MADE UNIT ... show more

    • Great Heater But Poor Packaging

Bought this as a second Heater. Had previously purchased another Belleze heater and had success. This Heater arrived with the cover for the propane heater dented and out of round. I sent an email to the company requesting they send a new cover out. They replied w/o an apology and that they wanted pictures before they would do anything. I don't have time to send you pictures. I purchased the item in good faith and don't have time to deal with pictures and uploading etc.. I was able to roll the cover so I could assemble it to the base of the heater, but the access door is out of alignment and there are dents at the bottom. I need the heater for an event this weekend, so I am I forced to accept this item as is. If you get one that is undamaged, Great you will love this heater, if something goes wrong be prepared to send pictures and deal with a negative customer experience. ... show more
