I got this for an extra run for my chickens so they weren't so crowded. I set it up by myself in 3 days, but would be better to have help. The chickens love the new run, great product.

Affordable chicken run works great for my chickens I do recommend to buy your own zip ties for extra strength and if if you have a dog it can rip through the material other than that it’s perfect my chickens they are. happy great for a backyard my kids love going in there do recommend!

It's ok. Got it on a good discount, so I'm glad I didn't pay full price. Rusted out the box. It's not complicated, but more difficult than it should be to put together due to it being flimsy and poor instructions. Make sure to watch the video on the clips. I suggest adding the pins first to avoid them hooking together. I would not recommend unless you catch it on a very good discount and can "beef" it up a bit. Make sure you anchor it down and make it extra secure for your pets. ... show more

Thrilled …with the fact that my dislike of online shopping has been completely justified and then some. I seen it was going to get even more interesting the second I opened the box and it was bent to crap in several places ,which immediately told me the “safe from predators” pitch used to sell these was beyond a ridiculous claim. I mean I pretty much already knew that anyhow but somebody new to raising chickens, and never having an encounter with a predator may not know that. I don’t know what kind of foxes and raccoons the sellers have met. I really wish they were as tame and non aggressive as there relationship with them. This pen doesn’t even seem to be metal. It’s plastic a heavy plastic that no more than a strong wind to bend it. I won’t be surprised if it melts come summer from the sun. The instruction manual may as well have been written by a kindergarten student because it was very instructional a couple pictures and pretty much said just put the stuff together. Due to the bending, nothing aligned correctly. And the showstopper., the tarp I’m not even gonna bother with any type of weather, outside of sun and no wind it’s going to be toast. Curtains from the dollar store better quality it will probably fit better too. This doesn’t even cover enough to make a difference. If it does rain the most it might do is turn the pen into a nice air balloon if the wind blows more than 5 mile an hour as far as anchoring this to the ground Gonna have to go by hardware for that because the steaks are gonna bend in half as soon as they get in the ground and pressures applied to them. Putting it together by my own judgment, due to not wanting to read a storybook with a joke all of the pieces kept hooking themselves together. It was very frustrating. I honestly kept waiting for Candy Camera to come around the corner and tell me I’ve been fooled. Been real for the price. I didn’t expect Fort Knox but I did expect something that wasn’t gonna be garbage within a season be a little bit more sturdy than dollhouse accessories. Being 100% for real I really don’t want to leave my chickens in this thing without supervision and I don’t have time for that I’ll just end up I’m just gonna go to the hardware store make my own provisions and end up costing me five times when I paid for the thing to begin with oh, if memory serves correct, the video they showed here included a whole lot more than what I got. I got the box, the Cajun, some plastic little clips that broke my fingers trying to put the thing together. Disappointed I just moved and my fluffiest really need more outside space I was so hoping this would be the one and only easy peasy fix I guess it’s back to the drawing board and and more time and money I don’t have to get them the space they deserve. . YES they are OK with what they have now and are good but it’s not with me. ... show more

This product was so easy to assemble. I love that you could easily add onto this product or make it larger by purchasing two of them. Easy to move around the yard for allowing the chickens to be mobile! Love this item. Will be purchasing it again!
