  • Reminder: In low temperatures, the base coat may become clumpy or thick, which can cause the brush to break off inside the bottle. If this happens, please contact us for satisfactory after-sales service. Tip: There's no need to wipe off the tacky residue of the base coat, as it helps the color coat adhere longer to your nails.If you feel a burning sensation during curing, it is recommended to remove your hand from the lamp. I have been painting my own shellac nails for well over 5 years now so I have used many many different types of shellac products. This is such a great base and top coat for shellac nails. The price is unbeatable too! The best part is the no-wipe top coat. Once you apply the top coat and put them under the UV light, your nails are clean and free of any tacky residue that you would typically have to wipe off using nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol. For whatever reason, the first time I used this product a few of my nails did not shine and did feel like they had a tacky coating. Been doing my own nails like 3 yrs now .. I have tried every base gel n top coat from name brand to mid range to cheapest! This one was my last to try and the only one I will buy forever! The base which is a foundation gel the coverage was even a perfect not to watery or to thick .. there was absolutely no odor so it didn’t bother my asthma … I did 60seconds under led it dried perfectly … usually when I use base coats on my natural nails .. their is a slight tint so my nails never look crystal clear … this foundation gel didn’t didn’t distort the color of nail beds it was super clear! I also used the gel dip method … no clumps .. even cure all around the nail!! I’m blown away at how cheap it was to purchase the base n top coat … and am I’m blown away by how amazing it looks and the ease of using it!!!! The base coat does not dry completely, it stays sticky, but that helps your color hold better, so its not a problem. Just cure it for 60 seconds and them put on your color coat. The top coat goes on very smoothly,which give nails a polished, perfect look, but it definitly does do better if you wipe it or at least wash your hands after applying. As usual the gel will burn if you get it in your skin, but i havent had and other problems with burning or discoloration under my nail, which can be a problen with cheap gel. The base coat is somewhat runny so don’t put a lot on the brush. And the top coat is really shiny! But after a few days I noticed it started to chip. This may be user error so I’ll try again to see if I get better results!

I do my own nails and this is the only thing I use. Very easy to apply and it is so durable. I save a fortune doing it myself. Makes my nails so strong. A bit of advice : after about 3 months stop using and let your nails breathe for two weeks or more.

I got these to use with my gel collection. I have mixed thoughts about it. I like it in the sense that it is easy to apply and looks great. The problem is that it peels off within a week, which can also be a good thing. Pros: +The base coat applies well. I didn't notice that it was overly thick and it doesn't add to any bulk on the nail. It does stay a little tacky, even haver 90-120s of curing but not so much that I would want to use slip formula. +The top coat also applies well with no added thickness. It cures easily and looks great. +This base/top code combo works well with other brands of gel. I've used it with Beetles brand and I've used it with other brands. Same results. +The brushes are easy to control. I had no problems with flooding the cuticle. Mixed/Con/Pro: -This product is advertised to reduce peeling. Well, it doesn't. Each and every time I've used this, my nails start peeling off within 4-5 days. One by one, the gel layers partially peel off or fall off entirely and intact. I have experimented with extra prep/buffing, dehydrators, extended curing, different gels. Nothing keeps these on for longer than 10 days and even then, only 1 of my 10 nails stayed on for the 10 days. I see this peeling issue as both a pro and a con. Con for obvious reasons. I generally need a manicure to stay intact for more than 4 days. Pro because, I never had to soak these nails off. My nails were undamaged in the process, so I'm grateful for that but it's kind of annoying when my nails start falling off mid-vacation. ... show more
