The trouser itself is great. Very well constructed. They definitely seem bee-proof! They do run large though. Some reviews said they run small so I ordered a size larger than I normally wear in slacks. I tried them on over my jeans. I love these. They are easy to get on and off, even in the hottest summer! They give ventilation but plenty of protection from stings. I was getting tagged in the thigh way too often in my jeans or Carhartts. These are much cooler and even working 10+ hives, I am sting free! Hurrah!

There were no size guidelines listed, so I ordered a 3X to be safe, figuring I would be wearing them over pants and could always tighten the drawstring if they were too big. I am a size 14 woman of average height and these are no 3X, despite the label. They barely fit my waist, and are tight in the bottom with bending, but are about a foot too long. This is the largest size they make. Do they think all beekeepers are Slenderman? I can’t even imagine how tiny the small is. I can not imagine any of the male professional beekeepers I follow or network with being able to fit into these pants! ... show more
