Love it, wish it were easier to rinse micro crumbs of bread or other counter detritus. That's my main issue. Rinsing only gets big stuff, rubbing compromises the finish. Also, one must confront the lesser convenience of non-see-through wrap meaning the food may get lost in obscurity. How to label?- But after doing without awhile after old pieces wore out (I used to packmailed baked goods), I am so happy to have bought a fresh suppy. These Bee wraps are awesome! I bought one to try for daily use with homemade bread (9x5 pan). Then I bought this as a 2nd wrap for the 2nd refrigerated loaf to see if it would keep better. It did. The 2nd loaf was not dried out and lasted longer (~ 2 wks). It did start to show beginnings of mold about day 16. I love the ease of rewrapping the loaves and adjusting the wrap to the remaining loaf size. More details if interested: The 1st loaf was only wrapped in bees wrap and remained on the kitchen counter the entire time. The 2nd loaf was wrapped in bees wrap and then in a plastic loaf bag and refrigerated until the 1st loaf was finished. Then it was placed on the kitchen counter in only the bees wrap at room temperature for the remainder of it's time. ... show more
