I bought this grey colored "tie-dyed" blanket for my daughter & the deep black/grey "tie-dyed" for myself. BEST purchase I've made ALL year long. My daughter got hers as a Christmas gift. So did I ; ) They come almost like vacuumed sealed/tightly rolled in a thick plastic bag inside of a box. They are quite hard to get out of the bag trying to pull them out with your fingers/hands alone, BUT... we learned a trick. Take a sharp knife/scissors to the side seam of the plastic bag, cut it down a few inches following the seam. Then take hands and pull apart and it comes right open. Easy peasy. These blankets are lightweight to carry but heavy enough on your body to keep you warm at night. No shedding, no stinky odors, no disappointments! When wrapping yourself up, you automatically get that sense of calm and comfort. Very relaxing. Great quality for the money. I love this throw! I ordered the burnt orange throw to toss on a large ottoman in my living room. It arrived this afternoon. I did wash it after unpacking just to fluff it up. I have to say that after washing, and drying in the dryer, it was so fluffy and perfect that I wanted to wrap up in it immediately! Unfortunately, I no sooner tossed it on the ottoman and several of my cats claimed it as their own. My cats already have cozy beds, multiple cat trees and blankets, but they found this, “the cat’s meow”. The burnt orange color is beautiful! The quality of this throw is impressive! Honestly, if I found this throw in a store, I’d have expected to pay twice or three times the price on Amazon. It’s so lush and well made; I can see snuggling up on the sofa with it and keeping really warm! ( if my cats would share)!
