This product arrived earlier than originally thought. It was packaged nicely and the product looks very nice on my wall. I really like the four different sound options for chimes and music. I also love that the chimes automatically stop between the hours of 9p and 6a. The only thing different in the instructions is that it take four AA batteries not three. I am happy with the product given the cost. However, when I got it, the back panel was damaged. I would have rated the product lower but calling the vendor was easy and they promised to send me a new back panel. Otherwise, I would have had to return the whole thing which would have been a pain. If I actually get the panel, I will upgrade my rating. If I do not, I will downgrade it. I updated my rating to 5 stars from 3 because the vendor resolved the issue. Given the cost on this item I was expecting better quality. When the package came the top part of clock wasn’t put in correctly. But couldn’t be pushed in or fixed easily. Yet not worth the wait for a replacement or hassle of sending out old one. The Chimes could be better they sound cheap. It’s heavy I give it that. Bedford Clock was bought for my mom after her 45 year windup clock stopped. It was another brand. She was thoroughly surprised to know she could get a nice clock that resembled her other clock in battery function for such a great price. Works great keeps great time.
