It arrived quickly and was perfectly packed. It had a chemical odor when first opened, but that seemed to disappear after I washed it, before putting it on my mattress. I've had it on for less than a week, but it's very comfortable and fits well, although the generously deep side panels, which were far more deep than my mattress (so I had to tuck in some material) seem to be made of a very thin, translucent material that looks like it could easily tear. The terry material on the to is also very thin and seemed scratchy when I put it on, but it's very comfortable under my fitted sheet, and the top, as described, has a plastic layer that backs it, so I hope if anything spills that the product will protect my mattress. So far, so good, and for a about $17 for a queen size,including a coupon, I'd say this is a very good value. The seller sent me a detailed message immediately after the order went in, asking if there was anything else needed, so the company seems very committed to customer service and customer satisfaction. ... show more

    • it is wipeable if you use it inside out.

it has a terry cloth side. if you use it terry cloth side up you'll have to launder it gets soiled. i use it plastic side up to be able to just wipe with antibacterial wipes instead of having to launder it. My incontinent family member sleeps on it and it is less laundry this way. js
