I got this bed rail in March of '24. It's a very durable product. It's so easy to assemble and it's a nice size to boot. Not too long or short. What I really like about this item is the night light that it comes with. Just connect it to your home computer for charging via the supplied cable and you're good to go. The light is just bright enough without blinding you and I'm very impressed with the angle of range for which it turns on. (motion sensor.) As soon as I enter the bedroom door, it lights up for a safe walk back to bed after a bathroom run. All in all, I recommend this unit for stability as well as safety for night walkers. I got these when I could not get out of bed due to a sciatica trauma. They are made of quality materials and very sturdy because the part that goes under the mattress is long. Very easy to install and very useful if you need a little help to sit up or get up. Highly recommend this one.

I have spinal stenosis and have difficulty moving around in bed. I actually switched to a latex mattress because they make it easier to move around then a memory foam one, but I still had a harder time then I would have liked. I could never really roll over on my right side, I felt I leaned to right and sort of folded in half. I have a full-sized bed on an adjustable frame, with a 15.5-inch mattress. I bought two of these and used the straps to weave and lash them together, there was plenty of space for this (if you have a king bed, measure; but I am sure you could do this as well), so now I have handles that are connected under the mattress on both side of the bed. I was able to lift the head of the mattress up and tuck them underneath, they are about a few inches lower than pillow height on both sides of the bed. When I grab the handle, it does jiggle a bit, but other than that it is secure and I am able to grab the one on the right side to help me to roll over all the way, and the other side to help me roll and pull me up and out of bed. I find them very secure and helpful. They fit great under my deep mattress, I could probably put another 3" topper and they'd still be useful. As a bonus, they help keep the pillows from falling off the bed - as I tend to sleep with a lot of pillows so I can stuff them behind my back for more support. If you have difficulty moving around the bed, or getting in and out of bed, I will honestly highly recommend these. I have them set up high, so they are not bed rails that would keep you from falling out of bed, but more bed 'handles' in my set up. I am also very plus sized - and they really do work. ... show more

This bed rail is very easy to assemble and install between the mattress and the box spring. I’ve just had multiple spine surgeries and this has really improved my ability to get in and out of bed and also reposition myself. The only complaint is the storage pockets. They are attached to the outside side of the rail so it makes it fairly difficult to use. It would be more functional if it were attached on the side facing the bed. ... show more

This product is very easy to put together. All you have to do is reach for the bar and the night light automatically comes on. It is firm enough to pull yourself up to a sitting position with ease.
