Okay so for the good: • This canopy set is so darn adorable. • If you’re patient and lay it out beforehand to see where the frills on top are and how they lay, it’s pretty easy to figure out. • It works perfectly for house frame beds in twin •It comes with a bunch of extras like little stars and little triangle pendents to hang Now for the less than stellar: •When getting it out of the package the lights came apart in pieces and didn’t work, a pretty big bummer as I was hoping to use it for a starry, galaxy theme and no lights made it just too feminine for that. I wish they would either make the lights a little more hefty and durable or send two in each pack in case one does get broken on arrival • If not patient and don’t lay it out, all the material can feel overwhelming to try and maneuver • The netting, while adorable and breathable and lightweight, is so easy to snag. I wish they would have opted for something with a little more weight that wouldn’t snag so easily All in all I’m glad I got this and think it’s worth adding to a child’s room if they find this look magical. ... show more

I got this white canopy to replace a cream colored one I had to better match a bedding set I got. I draped this over a daybed that has an attached frame, so didn't need to do anything except drape the canopy over. This product comes with everything you need to setup along with decorative accessories. Included are: - 6 ceiling screw hooks with 6 wall anchors (if you don't have a bed frame) - 6 ropes (to hang the canopy to the ceiling screw hooks) - 4 satin-like ribbon tie backs (it's doesn't feel like or soft like satin but has some sheen to it) and needs ironing - 1 LED string lights in white with USB for outlet (pic attached) - clear, plastic pins to hook string lights - various colored glow in the dark stars with stickers to affix - (pic attached of what it looks like lit up in the dark) - various, bold colored, felt, triangle bunting/banner - ready to hang The canopy bed is used in our guest bedroom, so I didn't hang any of the accessories for a more mature, clean look, but they would be great fun for a kid's room. There is a double layer fringe with brown piping that drapes over the top that I was initially going to remove, but after I draped it over the bed, I changed my mind because it went better than I thought it would. Had my bed frame not been brown, or if I wasn't going with brown bed linens, I think I would've definitely removed the double layer. I think they could've down without the brown piping - close up pic attached. Thoughts of the canopy itself: - Material: not the greatest quality. Seems rather fragile compared to my other canopy I own. - Draping: because the material is thin (unlike my other canopy which is thicker and has some weight), it doesn't hang as nicely - Wrinkled: product arrived in vacuum sealed package, which is a good idea so nothing snags. I don't know if it's safe to iron on a low setting but I doubt it, so I'm going to use my steamer to get the wrinkles out. If you only have an iron, maybe try it on low with a thin towel over it? - Serged edge: The brown piping I mentioned earlier is really a serged edge. I'm not a fan of serged edges and I personally would've liked it more had they just used white instead of brown. I guess if you're handy, you can take satin ribbon and iron it on with use fusing tape or sew it. Overall, it's a nice statement piece for any room and it's great that it comes with everything you'll need to set it up. ... show more

Fairly simple design here, I most likely won't use the flag garland as I'm putting this on mom's new bed. But the lights I will, not sure about the stars. I'm thinking the stars will well in my room LOL. But I had downsized my mom's bed from queen to the full (could not get her to agree to a twin size...) so we could have more room in her bedroom. She just has too much stuff. And I was worried with her having had the health issues she has that if she ends up needing to use a wheel chair, with the queen size bed there was just no room in there! So with rearranging and trying to sort/organize, it's better than it was. So I had bought a beautiful twin size tall four poster bed, and of course as soon as she saw it she wants it! LOL. I told her no to keep her in the dark that I actually got it for her for Xmas LOL. I knew once she saw this bed she would agree to go down to the twin size LOL. So I'm going to use this on her new bed, really make it nice for her. She didn't have nice things growing up, I just want to make her happy in her older years and show her how much I love her. I'm going to need to do wood top rails for this to hang it, but that will be simple with a few 2 X 2's attached to the top finials on the four poster bed. I'll stain them to match the bed, use leather cord to attach them together and to the finials, wrap the fairy lights on them, then put the netting over it all. I think it'll be awesome and very pretty! I had looked at tons of listing here on Amazon for these, so I feel really good about saying this is a great set to buy for the regular price $39.99 per the listing, and it's on sale right now for just $27.99 making it a great buy! Awesome way to give your little or big girl the fantasy bedroom of their dreams! As always I only do honest reviews and will update if needed. First off, instructions were non-existent with this package so it was a bit confusing to put. I don't really think this canopy curtain would work really well with an actual canopy bed (which is what my kid has) but would be better for people who can attach it to their ceiling (we have an annoying popcorn ceiling) and let it drape over their bed. I used the ribbons that it came with to try and secure it to the bed. As you can see from the photo, it looks a little off and, over time, it has become incredibly messy. An eyesore. But my daughter still likes it so I'm leaving it, for now. That said, it comes with a lot of cute, little accessories (stars, etc.) to add to the canopy curtain. ... show more
