I was genuinely surprised by how comfortable this Beckham Hotel Collection hybrid mattress pad is! I’ve had many toppers and they all promise great comfort, but this one truly delivers. In fact, I have an expensive down-filled topper on another bed, and it doesn’t come close to how fluffy and cozy this one feels. The topper arrived vacuum-sealed, but it fluffed up quickly and perfectly once unpacked. The elastic all around the edges is fantastic—it fits snugly on both my old 15-inch mattress and my new 11-inch replacement mattress, covering the entire surface without slipping. It stays put regardless of how much I move around (which is A LOT less with this on the bed), and the snug fit is very secure. There was no odor at all, which I appreciated. After 2.5 weeks of use, it’s holding up impressively well, still just as fluffy and supportive as the day I put it on the bed. I’m a bit overweight, and even with daily use, it hasn’t flattened much. If it ever starts losing its fluffiness, a quick tumble in the dryer on low heat should bring it right back to life. The quilted square design is a big plus because it keeps the filling evenly distributed without bunching up. Each square is generously filled, and the pad is quiet and rustle-free, which is a must for a good night’s sleep. It also sleeps nice and cool, which is a welcome feature for hot sleepers like me. This mattress pad has exceeded all my expectations—definitely worth every penny! Highly recommend for anyone looking to add some extra comfort and protection to their bed. I have an amazing Purple Mattress that I love, but it has an issue that I've been looking for a solution to. The grid on the mattress that allows it to conform to your body has been a bit uncomfortable for me. I am hyper sensitive to even a wrinkle in the sheets when I sleep. I hate memory foam and that wouldn't work for our bed because it would interfere with the way the grid supports your body. I have been looking for a non-memory foam topper or pad with just enough thickness to soften the bed while not interfering with the way my mattress functions. This mattress pad is hands down the best I've found for what I need. It is thick, cushy, and like sleeping on a cloud. It is considerably thicker than most mattress pad protectors, but it is not as thick as a mattress topper. It is not hot and I don't overheat like I do with memory foam. I can also move freely and don't feel trapped at all, with memory foam I feel like moving takes great effort. The pad fits great on my king size bed with nice deep pockets. My mattress still performs as it should, the pad does not alter how the Purple grid works. I've only been using it for about four nights and I am amazed at how well I'm sleeping. This is a pricey protector pad, but it is well made and fantastic quality. For me totally worth the price and I will likely order another for my queen guest bed. I could also see this working great on an air mattress to add padding and separation from the plastic. I was really surprised when I opened the vacuum sealed bag that this mattress pad came in. It's only a twin size, but it puffed up so big. I put this on the bed that my granddaughter sleeps in when she spends the night at my house. It made the mattress so much thicker and cushioned. I showed it to her, and she laid down on it. She says she can't wait to sleep over at my house again. She will be so spoiled when she does sleep on it, I will probably have to get another one for her bed at home. The only downside to this mattress pad is that it doesn't have a plastic liner on it. I did not realize that when I ordered it. But I can solve that problem by putting a separate waterproof pad under the mattress cover, just in case. ... show more

I've had Beckham Hotel Collection pillows for a while now, and I'm very happy with them. So I thought it was worth a shot at levelling up my comfort with this quilted mattress topper. It arrived vacuum-sealed, but fluffed up quickly and nicely after being freed from its bag. It fit perfectly on my queen-size mattress, and the edges of the quilted topper extend just past the edges of the mattress ensuring that it covers the entire surface. You aren't losing any valuable sleeping area by installing this topper. I put this on in the early afternoon and of course I immediately laid down on it to see how it felt. It felt great, but as I've learned from trying different pillows - something can feel great for a minute or two but that doesn't necessarily translate to a full night of sleep. The next to discover it was the cat, who immediately fell into a super deep sleep on it. A good sign! My wife and I have now spent a few nights on it and we are both pleased with it. It's very comfy and I feel like I am sleeping better overall. My wife had concerns that it might make her sleep "hotter", but so far this has not been the case. I feel like to some extent it has lessened the feeling of our mattress sloping down toward the middle as we both lie on it. The price is reasonable and I think it's a good value. ... show more
