I personally like to use a fuzzy blanket when I sleep, I kept my apartment super cold, I also seem to regulate my temp better with a fuzzy blanket however, my bf does not like fuzzy blankets for sleep and is always cold. I got this for him when he comes over ( now his blanket that we live together) I thought it was too hot but he loves it. It is not super duper thick but it does fluff up once you open it and let it sit out for a bit. we have washed and dried it several times and it has held up well, and with 3 dogs who like the lay in it. My little dogs favorite thing is to get under this blanket when it is in a big pile. I really like this shade of green and had trouble finding a good blanket of this color -- this one worked out great! I am not especially gentle with it and it has held up perfectly this last year, and the color (to my eye at least) looks a little bit better in person than it does in the picture (a little lighter, which I think is an improvement). I'll mention, it is comfortable for my somewhat-sensitive skin, but not the softest blanket I've owned. I'd certainly recommend it! ... show more
