I bought 3 of these blankets over a couple years. Never had them above 10. Usually between 2 and 8. They're soft and warm... but they all died. First one, a full, lasted 2 years. Second, a king, first half died after 1 winter and the other side was barely working. Bought a 3rd, another full in September 2024. It is now only January 29th and I'm getting the E2 error code and it's definitely not the controller so it's dead. The 5 year warranty is a joke. You pay to send it in and they're stingy about repair/replacement. The newest one I hadn't even washed yet since I know most heated blankets lose power after a wash so I delay it as long as possible locations. It's the middle of winter and I'm without a heated blanket. Not buying this brand again. Major quality issues. ... show more

It is nice and soft! Color okay, a little lighter than the ivory color I expected. A little slow in heating. Timer was a bit unusual to adjust, all others I have had automatically turned off. I read all the reviews, so the jury is still out on how well it works. It has an American flag on it but that doesn't mean it is American made, it does say Beautyrest is an American Company. I am having trouble with the blanket sliding off the foot of the bed. Seems the heavyness of the control pulls it down. ... show more

Great blanket at a super competitive price. It has no timer that requires you to keep turning the blanket on. All temperature settings are appropriately warm. The cloth is very soft and no wiring is felt.

Very comfortable blanket, not terribly heavy but keeps you comfortable even if not using the heat. Many choices for heating level, I set at 12 for warm up, turn it down after sheets are heated up. Nicely designed. Ours is a queen so the convenice of dual controls

It will seem to hardly put out any heat on high setting (20 is high, I assume? Instructions lamely cover that and some other important details. I guess they assume you'll learn usage from YouTube.). But it's fine - that whisper of heat, which also is in small "patches", gets it done. At 20 I wake up still comfortably warm but not the least bit sweaty in a 65 F room. I suggest turning it on (or pushing "preheat") at least a minute or two before crawling in, if you think of it. Note instructions urge you to not cover it, so set aside the bedspread and regular blanket. ... show more
