this PC is the worst PC I’ve ever seen in my whole life it does not come with a graphics card you can’t even buy a graphics card for because it’s not compatible with any on the market. Do not buy this PC does not even run 100 FPS in most games you literally cannot do anything without lagging out of a game it takes eight years to open up an app or website and this is just trash don’t waste your money ... show more

Received the PC in great condition however it was missing the WiFi component it was supposed to come with. After reaching out to customer support one was mailed out and I received it within a few days. Customer support was awesome and took care of my issue very fast. The computer works perfectly

I bought this PC for my son as he wanted a gaming PC. It works great. We did have an issue right away where the wifi was not working. There were a couple of parts that were bad when I ran the troubleshooter. I contacted customer support and they sent me a wifi adapter which fixed the issue. I am very happy with their service. I hope we don't have any more issues but if we do, I feel confident that customer support will make it right. ... show more

If you are computer savvy, know how to repair them, love problem solving, want to repair a brand new computer, have extra parts laying around, love problem solving and are extremely patient then this is your machine. After waiting over a month to get the computer, it was non-functional right out of the box. So far we have discovered the WiFi chip was bad, and have replaced that. No response from company customer service so far. Still super slow WiFi for some reason and super slow download speed. Guessing there’s something else that’s bad. Such a waste of time and money and resources. Oh, and the gaming is also super slow, if you haven’t already guessed. ... show more

Very cool looking and an excellent platform to build on, but was unable to use it for gaming out of the box due to lack of a graphics card. Integrated graphics on the processor wasn't cutting it. I realize this is a low to mid end gaming pc, but for that kind of money it should be battle ready out of the box. Still though, as said, excellent platform to build on. It’s a beautiful piece. However. It came barely protected. I’m surprised it survived shipping. No foam. No bubble wrap. Nothing. No instruction manual included. No thanks for purchasing. Performance was very slow. God for bid if you double click anything. My 16 year old spent all day trying to connect to the WiFi. I even tried. It literally picked up everyone else in the neighborhoods WiFi except ours. The computer was sitting in OUR house. I sent a message to the seller. However it says 2-3 business days. Really guys.
