I found these kitchen shears to be perfect. They are very durable and cut very well and the best part about them is that they're very easy to clean, unlike other scissors that you can't take apart to wash properly. I like that they're dishwasher safe because it's very convenient for me to throw things in the dishwasher these days as I'm balancing life. The only thing that I wish was that the blades themselves were a bit longer since there is generous sizing when it comes to the handles. ... show more

This is a great pair of kitchen shears that are super sharp. They can be used to cut just about anything - food, flowers, arts and crafts stuff, etc. I really like that they include a protective cover because these could easily accidentally cut someone who is not being careful. I also like that they can easily be taken apart - this is great for sharpening (which I'm guessing I won't have to do for quite some time) and for cleaning them. I needed a new set of kitchen shears because my current pair were at the end of their lifespan. These kitchen shears have a good sharp edge to the blades and have been very helpful opening packages, cutting flower stems, and cutting up chicken. They come apart (by design) if you open them up really widely and so are a little easier to clean than a pair of more “normal” kitchen scissors. I wish there was a somewhat more complicated way to take them apart because I did have them fall apart on me a few times when I was first trying them out but once you get the hang of how they work that should be a minimal issue. I was very happy with the easy open package they came in, although the packing doesn’t have any impact on my rating of the shears. ... show more
