We ordered this trampoline for our 4 year old and chose this one over others due to the look, safety features and reasonable price compared to others comparable on the market. We were very pleased when it arrived. All parts were there and it went together relatively easy in about two hours. My husband did most of it on his own and only needed assistance for a couple parts. ** Once we got it all together I noticed a flaw in the netting that looked like a snag or area that could become a hole sooner than later. I really like the trampoline and did not want to have to disassemble and send back so I reached out to customer service and asked if I could get a replacement net sent to avoid the above. In 48 hours or less I had a response from the company letting me know they were sorry that had happened and within one week we would get another one in the mail and that is exactly what happened. The media could not be loaded. Hey there! So, this is our 3rd trampoline and we've had some experience with the Skywalker 15FT from Walmart in the past. This time, we decided to go with the BCAN Trampoline and we're pretty impressed with how sturdy it feels. The slightly smaller size and reinforcement bars connecting the legs have really improved stability for us. Putting the ladder together was a bit of a challenge, but we managed to figure it out in the end. It did take a team of 3 adults about 2 hours to assemble the trampoline, but we think it could have been done with just 2 people - the extra hands definitely helped though! Overall, we found it relatively easy to set up and we're loving the sleek black color. The fact that the net poles bow outward is a nice touch as it prevents the kids from leaning or climbing on them, which was an issue with our previous trampolines. When we purchased this trampoline, there weren't any reviews available, but we're really happy with our decision to give it a shot. It's been a great addition to our backyard fun! ... show more

So far very happy with the trampoline. We got the 14ft black one and it was very easy to assemble and took my husband and I probably less than 2 hours to put it together. Steps were easy to follow but I would say requires 2 people. My kids love it!

I purchased the 10ft for my grandkids ages 5 & 4. They love it to say the least. They love to put the sprinkler under it on the hot days. The assembly was ok, the directions were not the easiest to follow, we ended up putting it together in a few different steps due to confusion in the directions. Unfortunately the box was somewhat damaged and possibly we had a few missing springs or maybe they were just missing? not real sure. However, I do give customer service 5 stars because they have agreed to ship out the missing springs. Overall it is very sturdy, looks fantastic and the perfect size. ... show more

We bought this trampoline for my 8 year old to practice her gymnastics on! It’s perfect she loves it and so does her 11 year old brother. Easy to read instructions took us about 2 hours to put together. The top post was broken and I reached out and had new ones from them in a week. Amazing customer service! We had a trampoline for about six years and it was really sturdy. We decided to buy a new one ( this one) and in less than a month more than five straps have broken. I can’t believe that it didn’t last longer!!! My three kids were playing on it (6 year old, 8 year old and 11 year old). On the description it states that it has warranty, sent them an email (because there’s no other way to contact them), some pictures and haven’t heard back from them. Our old trampoline was getting a few holes here and there so we bought this new one. It is larger than our old one and my husband put it together pretty quick. Our granddaughters love it! It's very roomy (we bought the 14 foot) and we like the way it curves out. We would buy this again if needed.
