We bought this trampoline for my 8 year old to practice her gymnastics on! It’s perfect she loves it and so does her 11 year old brother. Easy to read instructions took us about 2 hours to put together. The top post was broken and I reached out and had new ones from them in a week. Amazing customer service! A very difficult piece of equipment to put together. It took my son and me several hours to put all the pieces together, and the steps plastic broke while trying to put it together. The assembly process is definitely a two-person job, and getting some of the part to fit is part of the problem. I intend on emailing the company and see what they have to say about the plastic for the steps. It does seem to be a well-built product, again, just very hard to assemble. I have emailed the company and have not heard a word from them. If you buy from this company, just be prepared for a difficult job putting the trampoline together. ... show more

My granddaughter absolutely loved it! The only problem I have had is not the fault of the trampoline, but a huge windstorm came through and bent some of the bars that hold the net. Hopefully I can order replacements.

I'm updating my previous review after being in contact with the seller. While we ended up with two damaged poles for the safety net within the first month, the seller is replacing them, no questions asked. They responded promptly to my contact. And, of course, the kids love it.
