I was able to put this together myself (aside from the springs-they are very hard to put on) & the instructions were very easy to follow. We bought this trampoline for my 8 year old to practice her gymnastics on! It’s perfect she loves it and so does her 11 year old brother. Easy to read instructions took us about 2 hours to put together. The top post was broken and I reached out and had new ones from them in a week. Amazing customer service! I feel we should choose a different shipping company. This trampoline came in two boxes and FedEx split them up and put them on two different trucks. The trampoline was a bit challenging for two people to put together. However the headache of putting it together was worth it. My son loves it. The steps are awesome the quality seems to be good we've had it for less than a month. It was a bit stiff a first but after a few 90 plus days it loosen up. The media could not be loaded. Put it together, toddler was on it, 3 springs snapped off, mat ripped where springs attached. Unsafe. Kind of mad. Years ago I bought a trampoline from Walmart with a net and that thing took abuse for years. Gave it away in tact. This one, twice the price and broke with a toddler jumping on it. This is not a safe item. It is dangerous. I tried to contact the company. I do not know if my message went through. I’m really not interested in returning it because that means I’d have to take it all apart, but at the same time it’s a huge waste of money. ... show more
