We bought this trampoline for my 8 year old to practice her gymnastics on! It’s perfect she loves it and so does her 11 year old brother. Easy to read instructions took us about 2 hours to put together. The top post was broken and I reached out and had new ones from them in a week. Amazing customer service! A very difficult piece of equipment to put together. It took my son and me several hours to put all the pieces together, and the steps plastic broke while trying to put it together. The assembly process is definitely a two-person job, and getting some of the part to fit is part of the problem. I intend on emailing the company and see what they have to say about the plastic for the steps. It does seem to be a well-built product, again, just very hard to assemble. I have emailed the company and have not heard a word from them. If you buy from this company, just be prepared for a difficult job putting the trampoline together. ... show more

We got the 16 footer because go big or go home! Our son is 11 so figured the bigger one for him and a few buddies to be able to play on. I was laughing my butt off when we got to putting up the net. My granddaughter absolutely loved it! The only problem I have had is not the fault of the trampoline, but a huge windstorm came through and bent some of the bars that hold the net. Hopefully I can order replacements.

Product is nice, however, we were told the poles should be taken down when windy; one of the poles bent due to the wind. Company made it right. You will need to get better hooks to tie it down. We purchased the corkscrew tie downs to make sure it did blow away.
