I was able to put this together myself (aside from the springs-they are very hard to put on) & the instructions were very easy to follow. We got the 16 footer because go big or go home! Our son is 11 so figured the bigger one for him and a few buddies to be able to play on. I was laughing my butt off when we got to putting up the net. I feel we should choose a different shipping company. This trampoline came in two boxes and FedEx split them up and put them on two different trucks. The trampoline was a bit challenging for two people to put together. However the headache of putting it together was worth it. My son loves it. The steps are awesome the quality seems to be good we've had it for less than a month. It was a bit stiff a first but after a few 90 plus days it loosen up. This has only been up for about a month and it's already falling apart. The loops that hook the trampoline floor to the springs are falling apart. The threads are ripping on most of them, 1 spring is completely ripped and not attached now. Tried to contact their business to see if we can get a replacement but haven't heard back. Our 2 young children are very upset, there's no reason these should have ripped, its only them thats on the trampline. ... show more
