These work and fit perfectly. Got them to test some old xbox controllers. Only thing I'll say is the white ones are more gray than white, so if you're going for looks, this isn't it. But they are indeed functional, which is all I cared about.

The old ones I had were dropping voltage making new batterys look like 1.4 to 2.3 volts and cleaning didn't seem to help. Getting 3.2 volts now which is expected with two new aa in series. No issues, fits and works well. Cosmeticly it doesn't look like the original from the inside, but once on the controller there is no telling its after market part. ... show more

I don't care about the color, I care about functionality, I've had no issues using these battery covers with official xbox 360 controllers. The colors I got were grey and black not black and white.
