The top part that goes on head has a thick and soft PU leather strap so it doesn’t hurt the head at all even after a long period of time. I. Feel like the device made my son happy when he finally arrived, but before that, it was a lot of chaos.

The first time it was delivered to another state, the second time it was delivered to the right place and then it was returned and I did not get credit for it. Being retaren't because it was returned by the Post Office. My Post Office box is where. I had the device delivered, but when we got there, they said it was missing a location code for the Post Office to be able to put it in my name and they could not find what that number was so they sent it back. So I purchased it a third time, so my son could have it. And I paid twice but received only one device in the end
