This was great to remove the old rusted nuts behind the sink in my kitchen-- been there for years.. could NOT do it with standard swivel wrench. This seats up against the sink itself- and though it's plastic- (hard ABS not soft) it has a metal insert that grabs the old parts and makes it easy to remove. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to do my very best to make it short and sweet so you don't have to read a full page of this item. Please do not waste your time buying this tool for sync purposes. This has to be the most fragile POS I have ever used to change a sink faucet. It does not work it's very fragile and you will not be able to get the simplest wing nut off with this tool. Do yourself a favor and upgrade and get yourself a better brand. ... show more

Worked for me. Some of the flange nuts were on really tight, had to put a bunch of torque on the tool to get them off. That caused the body to twist considerably but it held together.
