I have a mobile auto repair business, but just started it about 2.5 months ago. Previously, I had the Yescom brand of these wrenches. They're okay, but if you get any kind of debris on them, it seems to get inside and cause the gears to slip. So far, that hasn't happened with the Prostormer brand. Right out of the box, the 19mm was very harsh feeling, it would just barely click. I oiled it up and that helped, but it still felt really rough. I messaged them through Amazon and provided a photo (which they didn't ask for). They sent me a new 19mm, no questions asked. It was shipped from China, so it took a few weeks. Either way, I was pretty happy with the customer service. I really like the case. I like the layout of the wrenches inside. The plastic tabs will fall off the moment you look at them. But that's with every blow-molded case. I have nearly 25 blow-molded case tools and on nearly every one, the locking tabs find a way to suck. I'm not a tool snob. I own a ton of Harbor Freight, and I've never owned any of the tool truck brands. To me, for the most part, a wrench is a wrench. These do very well at removing fasteners. I don't know what more to say. I highly recommend briefly soaking the gears in transmission fluid before use--just like I do with all ratchets. I'll keep you posted about this set. Compared to other sets this set is by far the best value. Tools are sturdy and all the flex heads work. I've heard of buyers receiving duplicate sizes or missing a size, that is not the case for me. Everything is in the box. Regarding the box it is a little cheap and the locks are cheap plastic. This doesn't bother me because these will be removed and placed in another tool box at some point. Tools had a lot of smudges too, but I didn't purchase at this price point and expect white glove service. If you're looking for a decent starter set of flex heads this is your set and best bang for your buck. ... show more

These are my go-to for my daily DIY needs. I can think each one is made well enough to handle anything I’ll throw at it. The case is nice too—keeps them organized and is thick enough to not brake easily. I’ve had them now for several years and have only grown to love them that much more.

Ok, so it smelled like burning electronics when I opened it, and there was a bunch of residue and finger prints from the factory all over my wrenches. After I cleaned and oiled them, they are some top tier wrenches! The 'no skip sizing' really stood out as a reason to buy. As someone who works on a lot of imports, this was absolutely crucial, and in fact, the only ratcheting wrench set I found on Amazon to go down to 6mm, without skipping sizes. Something else that I love is that they appear to be SERVICEABLE! You break a ratchet, and you can replace the head! After buying myself a truck for off-roading, I came across a number of DIY projects that recommended ratchet wrenches. Being cheap, I thought I could get away with just using socket wrenches... nooooope. I did quite a bit of homework and decided to purchase this set based on the price and positive reviews. Holy Batman I wish I had this set years ago. It would have saved me so much time, aggravation, and band-aids from cuts. These ratchet wrenches work great and I have not had any issues with them so far. I've found them handy for projects beyond the truck. I will note that the plastic parts do feel flimsy and I wonder about how these will hold up over time. There are a number of reviews about broken pieces and I can totally see how certain parts will break. Also beware that the case is not the best. When I open the box, there is always at least 2 or 3 wrenches that do not stay in place and fall out. But so far, 5 months in and after using them a quite a bit, I'm happy with my purchase. ... show more
