The chair itself looks nice and was fairly easy to assemble, but the plumbing components are garbage. The handheld piece leaks, the seal isn’t secure, and water sprays everywhere. The drain tube is useless—I had to spend an extra $150 on proper plumbing parts just to make it functional. For the price, I wouldn’t recommend this unless you’re prepared to replace the included plumbing. ... show more

I think it's awkward to sit on and awkward for the person washing your hair because it doesn't recline all the way and it gets in the way of your neck if you're a bit bigger
