-Headrest doesnt stay up. Any light pressure slides it down. -Bolts keep coming lose underneath the base, which makes the chair wobble. they've been tightened very securely but doesnt help. eventually they losen quite often. - chair is made to sit a bit high. - the hydraulic cant withhold average weight. it starts making a popping sound as it lowers. nice looking chair, but just well made i guess. i bought 2 and i have the same issues with both. ... show more

The instructions were not very clear. It was good that it was a video on how to assemble it on the display of the product. It not a very sturdy chair. It has a tendency to rock. Comfort and size is ok. The appearance is nice. Starting a salon business, cost wise it will be ok but eventually the salon chair will have to be replaced with a much better quality salon chair. ... show more
