The chair did not have the black strips that were to be on the armrest. It only had dried glue. Setting up was a bit difficult because there was a screw missing. I had to get the screw from a hardware to finish setting up

I was so looking forward to receiving this chair. The look and the reviews of the sturdiness sold me. I added the gold panels for a little extra glam. When I open the box the gold panels were not attached they have fallen off the arm of the chair. There were pieces missing when which made it hard to put together. When pumping up its sound like it’s unstable as if it’s going to break (loud squeaks). Not satisfied. It’s not worth the price and headache. I really was excited about this chair but I’m a bit let down. Looks nice and comfortable but the built could be better. ... show more

Build nice, comfortable. My husband put the chair together and he says it look like the chair was repackaged. The chair wasn’t properly wrapped and the box was retapped poorly. I would want the arm rest replaced instead of sending the entire chair back.
