I ordered three sets and on arrival, some of the replacement bulbs were missing. I sent a note to Amazon and received an almost immediate replay from Willy at Banord. He confirmed the correct style and had them issued right away, providing the tracking number and delivery updates along the way. This was truly A+ service. Out of the box, everything worked and even our electrician was impressed with the quality of the lights. They went up quickly and look amazing, casting off a warm, inviting glow that lights up our patio perfectly. Everyone loves the transformation. Just a few other thoughts. We debated LED versus incandescent. Our electrician pointed out that individual bulbs inevitably need to be replaced but birds (and falling twigs) have a funny way of flying into string lights from time-to-time so you could be on a ladder more often than you'd like if you go with glass incandescent bulbs... From an installation perspective, we added plug covers and strung tension wires to which you attach the lights. Neither are required but they will take pressure off the wires and help ensure a longer life especially if your area is prone to occasional heavy winds, snow or thunderstorms.     • Great String Lights! A Little Too Bright For Some
Two weeks into usage, the string lights are working great. I have 6 string lights connected for about 300 ft of lights. They work wonderfully to light up the backyard at night. They are appropriately bright, but a little too bright if you wanted to use them late at night and have neighbors nearby (one neighbor referenced Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, but no one actually SAID they're too bright when I asked if they were too bright, I think they're just used to our yard being dark). Nonetheless, I'm working on finding a dimmer for when I want to use it at midnight to let the dogs out, but a dimmer that can do 216W LED is harder to find on amazon than you'd think so keep in mind most dimmers are 150W LED on Amazon if you're stringing multiple strands together. It's rained multiple times and the lights are still doing great. I even have them hooked up to a smart plug for the time being and they work great off of that too. This product was perfect. I bought them for my friend who was letting me use her backyard for free for my wedding. She has a beautiful backyard and always wanted the lights. It is a big yard so we were looking for the most for the best value. The only thing I would of liked was more packing in the Amazon box because there were light bulbs. We got this delivered the day before the weddings bd couldn’t wait for a replacement if anything had happened. (Because there was room for the light box to be shaken around during shipping.) ... show more

Took the time to put them up all along the fence, but when night came and they turned on, they were too dim. I let them charge up the whole next day in case they just weren't charged, but they're just not bright. You can tell they are on, but they don't light up anything. Returned them and going with the Govee lights I bought which actually are nice and bright and light up the fence and the yard somewhat. (You have to plug them into an AC outlet, so they are able to produce enough power for lights that are actually bright.) Great concept but....I guess they need to scale it up. I'm not sure where the bottleneck is, the bulbs, the battery, the solar panel or all of the above. ... show more

Great product! Easy to install, the lights are the perfect brightness. I purchased a 50ft one and installed in my backyard. I received lots of compliments from my neighbors. Lots of rain lately but everything was fine until a squirrel bit and completely severed the wire right by the plug. I went to my local hardware store to get a new plug (lights cost me $70, so worth to fix it) but couldn’t find the ones with the fuse inside. Bought a regular one and it only worked for about a day. I called and emailed customer service to see if I could get a new plug but no reply from Banord. I’m pretty sure they still work, I just need the right plug. ... show more
