This is such a good quality mattress topper. We didn't want a foam one so we opted for this. It is breathable and comfortable. It didn't have a smell which we were worried about. As soon as we got it we let it air our for 1-2 hours then we threw it in the dryer following instructions to fluff it up more. We used to toss and turn now we dont! I do have to say over time though the fluffiness will most likely flatten out over time due to usage. We have a king mattress and it's a bit bigger than expected to it does shift a bit throughout the night. However for the price of this I think it's definitely worth the value for money. ... show more

This was so nice on top of the air mattress it was like sleeping on a real bed. The finish on this topper feels good. It is a little thin as in not quite enough so I'm going to get a 2" memory foam topper to go underneath. It's lacking a "cushiony" feel to it. The reason I'm not returning it and using it to go on top of a thin piece of memory foam is because it really is "cooling" - it doesn't heat up with my body heat which makes it worth keeping and adding the foam underneath. I had one topper from D&G from a couple or three years back but it’s heavy and has lost some of its ‘feel good’ so I decided to get a different one and use it on top of the old one (thanks for those hints in some of the reviews). I rotated the old one again, and after letting this one fluff I put it on top. It was easy to get on and the deep pockets easily fit over both my TempurPedic and the older D&G two inch toppers. I feel like the princess and the pea using three toppers but I have major issues with chronic pain, so whatever it takes I’m willing to do to make my bed a place of comfort and refuge, as it well should be. My bed feels good again. It has the features that I like, and having appreciated my older D&G topper I went with this company for a second time. The materials are very nice and durable. It was delivered quickly too. My cat is getting older, and when she saw the extra height there was a look on her face like: “What, I’m scaling K2 to get up here now?!” She uses the blanket I keep on top for her (cat hair catcher) and climbs instead of jumping, but she’s spoiled to the new softness and extra ‘oomph’ so she knows it’s worth it. She even gave it a walk-over. I love the feel, we both do - that ‘new bed’ feel. When it’s time to wash this one it’ll be much lighter in the washer and dryer. Thank you D&G and Amazon. My cat and I love this purchase; it definitely gets our ‘Cat Approved’ stamp. My aches have diminished so much since I put it on. I should’ve thought of this much sooner! This was honestly awesome! I was skeptical because of some of the bad reviews and the cheap price, but I couldn’t have expected anything better. We upgraded to a king and bought a cheap box mattress from Walmart, which was awful. We were ready to buy a real mattress and then I gave this a shot. I highly recommend it.
