Looks good in my room and I love how it organizes my laundry. The bins are big enough for a single person--I sort my whites into one bin and my colors into another. The first step in assembly is a little difficult--you'll need the right size philips screw driver and likely a friend to help hold the pieces. The screw angles can be awkward. Like others note, the cloth bins are locked into the bamboo holders. These holders slide in and out, but its too bad you can't unsnap the cloth or have some other way to remove it for wash other than unscrewing the bamboo holders its attached to. For durability, it's very light. Personally I like this, but it would be better with some more weight in the feet. I'm not putting much weight on top, but this gets top heavy really quick. Overall though it's very cute and serves my purposes. But thought I'd leave some feedback in case any of these pain points would make a difference for you :) ... show more

I've had the same wicker laundry hamper for the last 30 years. It finally gave up the ghost, and while looking for a replacement, I found this one - and it is perfect in every way! I had no idea getting something the cats wouldn't sharpen their claws on would be life changing...but it is! The quality is great, it is easy to carry the individual bags to the laundry room, they both hold a lot of laundry, it is beautifully made, and is quite sturdy. Assembly was a bit of a challenge only because I did it alone, and didn't have an extra pair of hands to hold the pieces in place while I put in the screws - but I was able to balance the pieces that needed support on a box, so it all worked out. ... show more

The wood was beautiful, however when I assembled it one of the slides holding the bag did not fit! I tried putting it together again I thought maybe I assembled it incorrectly but I got the same result, I tried putting it on the other side as well, it did not fit it was too big. It was unusable with just one hanging bag and an empty space. I returned it but now they charged me because according to them they did not receive it. I bought it in April I returned it within the same week now after 4 months they are claiming they did not receive it and charged me for it. Why would I keep something that doesn’t work?! ... show more

I am not sure why so many have had issues with this, but I know some did NOT put it together correctly, which would explain why they did not like it. I purchased this the end of 2020 and it works great for me. Both bags hold a good washer load and it is easy to move around. The bags come out easily on the dowels for putting into your washer and slide back in easily as well. One side is different than the other so you have to pay attention to how you put it together. The materials are sturdy and well made so I thought it was worth the money. ... show more

I was sick of dumping my laundry all over the floor to sort it, so I thought I would try this out to save that step. I'm pleased with how nice this looks and how sturdy it is. I really have to emphasize this is nice quality and very sturdy. I think that it could be a little taller, allowing slightly larger bags. I only do laundry on the weekends, so I hope the bags are large enough to hold all my clothes for a week. ... show more

I received this laundry sorter/hamper a few days ago and promptly put it together. It was fairly easy to put together, it comes with an allen wrench for the 8 (9?) screws needed for it and I used a drill for the other 9 (8?) screws. I was initially concerned about the size and sturdiness. My old setup, the bins seemed to be bigger, but I transferred the clothes from my old bin (yeah, yeah, I'll do laundry later) and I was surprised at the capacity of these- small but mighty! And it seems to be just as sturdy, if not more, than my old sorter with metal frame on casters. I don't typically like adding more "surfaces" in my house for crap to accumulate, but this matches my current bedroom set so well I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. I haven't decided if I'm going to buy some L brackets and stack the other one on top or place them side by side (more "surface"). ... show more

Follow instructions as they say and you won't end up with pieces that don't fit as in other reviews. Take your time do it right the first time and you'll get what you wanted. The mesh basket is held with snaps not velcro which is more secure. Nothing has fallen apart.
