OK, I didn't measure so when I got it, I didn't think I could get it on. But I tried it and the next morning, it was fine. Only complaint is it's not lined with non-slip material. It comes with a piece of that gripper shelf lining you put on your stool before putting the cushion on. That doesn't stay in place while you fit the cushion onto the stool though. For me it's not very comfortable. However that could be just me. The material is very nice. Very well made. For me it's comfortable for about the first hour after that I get sore bottom. Like I said it could be just me.
