The media could not be loaded. This machine has been a load of fun to learn. I am exploring and getting to know this rather large and intimidating machine. I chose to go with the Vision because of the "industrial" nature assuming that my business will grow out of the Mirror rather quickly. I was also able to get a steal of a deal on Amazon prime days. The set up was easy with all the videos on getting started on YouTube that walks you through the whole process. One caveat, know that the Vision does not fit through standard doors and so I have had to set up shop in my garage. The machine is quite than I had expected, runs smoothly. The only problems have been human error and the support Customer Service team is quick to help. There is also a FB group that is ripe with experienced individuals that are excited to help out with any questions are learning issues. I am happy with my purchase and hope my bossiness grows so much that I will need more machines in the future (Here's hoping).

Like most people that have been researching embroidery machines, the price of Bai made me worry about the quality and there were so many no name brands in the same price range. But after speaking with others that own it, they had nothing but great things to say so I pulled the trigger on the purchase. First thing to take note of it the weight of this machine. I had to move my whole operation to the garage because there was no way I was getting a 750 lbs machine up my stairs. It comes pretty dialed in and you just need to make some minors tweaks to get rolling. I’d highly recommend joining the FB group and reading up on the common issues before receiving your machine so you can start making money immediately. Mine paid for itself in 6 weeks. I’d highly recommend as an entry level commercial machine.

When I was researching which commercial embroidery machine I should get, the bai brand never made it on the list. But then you look at who was writing the reviews and you see it was a brand ambassador for those larger more well-known machines. I decided to take a chance and get the new bai Vision V22 single-head machine for a fraction of the price of the other ones. I am so happy that I went with bai! This machine is amazing and I have had no issues with it at all. I have embroidered over 20 garments already and have only had the normal thread tension adjustments to worry about. I am not sure what complaints that anyone would have with the new Vision V22. If you are on the fence because of the price, do not worry. The bai machine is solid. Another great surprise has been the customer support that bai offers. My support engineer, Leo, has been nothing but amazing. He checks in with me to make sure things are going well. If I need him, I just send him a message and he gets back to me immediately. So happy that I took the step to get a bai.

We checked many suppliers regarding quality and prices, and BAi was definitely the best option. The machine arrived before the estimated time, the manuals and video tutorials are excellent for beginners even without experience. And, what we liked the most, the entire BAi team is always aware of everything that is being done, helping at every step. In a week we already had everything ready and working with the machine (And this that we have no experience, it is the first time with an embroidery machine).
