The price point and large hoop size drew me in. Comparable with the big named brands were $800 to $1000 more. I watched videos and read the reviews and thought I would give it a chance. The machine is arrived super fast and literally took 10 minutes max from open to embroidering. I looked up and followed the Facebook videos for tutorials. I was immediately contacted by Kevin Xu with offers of help and support. As I went from project to project I was struggling with garbled stitching and nesting. Especially with satin stitches or when the stitching went over an area more than once. I contacted Kevin back and he helped me with videos and and chats back and forth. He was avaliable almost instant any time I messaged. I actually wondered if he ever slept. As he examined my machine over videos, he noticed that there was a clip on rhe housing that was broke throwing my tension off. He organized a machine exchange immediately no questions asked. The new machine was sent out with the request that once I received it to then send my current machine. To me that showed rgey were very trustworthy by extending trust to me. Due to the Christmas holiday it took 10 days to get my new machine. I was provided tracking numbers to watch the status. The machine was actually shipped within a 48 hour window from the invitation of the exchange. Kevin kept in touch checking in while I waited and then verified that I received it. He also had ne send pictures and videos to make sure the new machine was functioning well. I then had an option to drop the old machine at fedex or have them pick it up at my house. This new machine is absolutely amazing and the quality of the embroidery is outstanding. It is very user friendly. The customer service was way beyond my expectations. I hope as they grow bigger they keep that up because it really sets them apart. If you in question about buying this machine just do it! It's worth it! ... show more

I went with this machine because of the price and the hoop size. It’s nearly impossible to get an embroidery machine with this hoop size at this price. I received the machine and an email and message through Amazon on my rep who would help me if I have issues. I bought it to do end to end quilting and had no issues with two practice pieces. The media could not be loaded. Do like my EOC06 it’s the best choice among all these machines around 1k, you know it may need more courage to put the trigger to a new brand Poolin not Brother, but EOC06 worth EVERY penny! NO REGRET at all!! The touch screen bigger than my 15 promax and I ran it without even reading the manual, much shorter learning curve than I thought. Also got everything I need in the package before I start. beautiful threads, prewound bobbins, enough backings and other tools save my cost at the very beginning. Grateful for their after-sales service, I found the instructional video on POOLIN's YouTube and other POOLIN families in facebook group!!! Share skills, helping each other and learn more about business stuff days and night, I was invited into a service group with poolin workers when they knew where I bought it, everyone helps a lot and really appreciated the free support. ... show more

The machine is fast and creates wonderful products! My auto threader broke, but the company followed up with my to see if everything was working properly. When I told them what happened, they confirmed the part I needed and are sending it out right away so I can get the auto threader fixed and I will be back on the way to quick color changes! I was on the verge of returning this machine due to the out-of-the-box tension issues (and I was mistaken that it was a used machine; but the saved designs already on the machine are from company testing). However, after posting the issue in the Facebook group, I worked with the customer support person Luke, who instructed me on how to correct the tension, and now the machine runs beautifully! I am pretty hands on so I expect the normal troubleshooting aspect related to sewing/embroidery machines. I also have the EOC05 that I’m in love with and now I’m completely satisfied with this 06 model too. It is much faster than the 05 and is also fun/easy to use! Lastly, for noise, it is louder and I am on the 2nd floor. Therefore, I will look into a rubber shock proof mat for under my desk to help cut down the noise and vibrations for my neighbors below. ... show more

Worst embroidery machine I have used. A lot of errors and troubleshooting. I've yet to have a project completed without complication.

I searched for months looking for an embroidering machine that could handle a hoop that was considered 8" X 10". My wife's other two machines could not do it which was a buzzkill considering she joined an embroidery club that sends out incredibly detailed and awesome quilt squares every month which end up being a part of a huge holiday patchwork quilt. She didn't realize the limitation until she had accumulated all 12 embroidery kits. Trying to find a machine that could do the job without breaking the bank was nearly impossible. All options were hovering around $3000-4000; even used! Then I came across the Poolin. After evaluating the specifications and the price, I had to give it a try. I was blown away by this thing. Before it even arrived, we got an email from what I would call the Poolin Support Team with contact info and an assigned techie that was assigned to help you with anything or questions you might have regarding this platform. We haven't needed it yet because the interface and system layout via the huge LCD is intuitive and very easy to use. It comes with a large attachable work surface and 3 hoops. It provides a starter pack of thread spools and bobbins plus tools to keep the machine in good service condition. The machine shell and skirts are plastic, but the metal frame is solid and well calibrated. The price / performance of this thing is the best I've seen to date. ... show more
