Both my boyfriend and I have occasional back pain and trouble, so we like to have good back braces available. This one is a good addition, thanks to the removable pad, replaceable aluminum stays, and elasticity of the material. However, despite the mesh design, we both found it to get too warm after a while in the Texas heat. In addition, after wearing it for most of the day, the material got itchy.
