I feel like I got a new set of bones for my back. Very supported and liked that you can pull the straps for the back. I wear size 31 jeans (women) and got a size small. I probably could have gotten a medium as well and had extra slack.

This back belt was very nice and very well made. I had no problems with the product. I was looking for additional support for my very bad back. I have several bulging disks and arthritis about to middle of back. This device just didn't support me in the right places. It was also too hot for me. I am 5.8, 150 lbs, bought medium. Large would have worked well too I imagine. I do exercises and use a TENS, which helps. Guess I'll stick with that routine. Good luck with your back issues, they are a bummer. ... show more
