Okay the pillow cover is trash. But the pillow itself is the best. My daughter is very picky about her head being on a very soft surface for sleeping. This pillow did the trick. Its thin enough for her (3 months) to use safely....yes I know she shouldn't use a pillow but you try explaining that to her. I put it under the crib tight sheet so it doesn't end up on her face.... I got this for my 2 year old after trying several other “toddler pillows” that were thicker than mine! Now that we have a pillow she can actually sleep on without forcing her head into a 90 degree angle, I can tell that adding it to the crib has helped keep her oriented throughout the night. Fantastic, just fantastic! I have a 14 month old that had been instant on balling up her blanket and placing it under her head. Understandably, this was a safety concern. After speaking with her pediatrician’s office, I was told to find the thinnest infant/toddler pillow and that this would be a “safer option”. After a few hours of searching, I came across this pillow and am so glad I did. She couldn’t be happier to have a “big girl” pillow and now sleeps so well! Perfect size for my almost 2 year old. I can see him using this for a year more before transitioning to a more traditional pillow. This is perfect for going from flat on the crib, to a pillow. It’s very soft and flat. It doesn’t get puffy when he lays his head down on the sides (you know what I mean?). I tried a different one before this and it was too puffy and big (even though it was advertised as a toddler pillow). This is great for tiny ones just learning how to sleep with a pillow!
