Super cute idea and my daughter won’t go to bed without it now but it’s definitely not a durable item. The cord is really short and the top is flimsy but it’s $9 you get what you pay for. For the joy it brings her, I’d buy a new one every month!

I bought this as one of my child’s birthday gifts this past September 2023. I will start off by saying, my child loves it! So much so, that it can cause problems at bed time because she wants to sit up and watch the lights all night instead of sleeping (not a bad thing lol). The only issue we have had with the light thus far is that the white colored light has burnt out. All the other colors seem to function fine. But, within 2 months of purchasing the product a piece of it is no longer working. It could just be excessive use, but again she loves it. My daughter will keep the light on all day and night! Overall the child was very satisfied and the gift did what it was intended to do! ... show more

It's a basic thing.... How do you fail to add an on/off switch? You have to either unplug it to turn off, or expect to push the button that changes the color a dozen times to get back to your child's favorite everytime you use it. The instructions say that to turn off you hold down a button for X amount of time, but that does NOT work. The plastic is as lightweight and cheapy feeling as it gets, which I wouldn't care about it it could do it's job, but figured it should be noted. A fall or two may leave it permanently broken. Also note it is much too bright to use as a nightlight. Great light power for projection, but should include a dimmer switch for nightlight mode. ... show more
