If your baby hates the car, look no further! I bought this toy for my 5-month-old because he hates the car and cries inconsolably unless someone is sitting in the back with him. This item soothes him and has stopped the crying! It has several functions: white noise, white noise and lights, lights and music, etc. It plays soothing, pleasant music while providing calming, sensory ocean friends to watch. The lights gradually dim and the music gradually grows quieter with time, encouraging baby to sleep (it works!). It is designed to attach to the side of the crib but for my purposes it was easy to attach it to the headrest in my car. I have a FOMO (fear of missing out) baby who does not like to nap - ever. A family member had this at her house and my daughter fell asleep instantly. I thought it was a fluke, but it happened again, so of course I bought one. It plays music & white noise both with & without lights, has a remote, and can be mounted to the crib. Plus, it times out in 20 minutes and the critters are cute! My baby loves it and it’s been a nap time saver. Only downside is it is kind of heavy and takes 4 ‘C’ batteries which can be expensive and kinda hard to find. ... show more

My 3 month old absolutely LOVES this Aquarium, she’s is drawn to the music and the screen, it’s one of her favorite toys at the moment. I purchased this toy after seeing it on social media when she was about 2 months old, now at 3 months old and with improved vision, you can tell she is captivated by the movements, and lights way more! The media could not be loaded. Okay so I’ve heard this is a life saver, so I decided to try it. I am transitioning my son from bassinet by our bed to his crib in his nursery. I think I’m more sad than my son is over this, lol. In an effort to make the transition easier, I have introduced several soothing/comforting items that are safe. I love this because I can buckle it to his crib. I have a crib with round bars as opposed to flat and it still works perfectly! I like that I can angle the soother down so he can watch it as he sleeps. He loves this thing even when it’s off. In my review video I go over the various combo options for the Sea Dream Soother. You can do a variety of lights both with water effect and not, ocean white noise, and several different melodies. Some melodies sound calmer and some sound energetic! This toy is great for both sleep and daytime entertainment. The remote operates via infrared. So those of you who are old like me, think of tube TVs. If the remote isn’t pointing the right way and you aren’t in the room, it’s useless. I wouldn’t even recommend using it. My kid actually finds it more fun to hold than anything. Perhaps if you have a child old enough to utilize the button then it could be a fun tool! The Soother operate on 4 C batteries which are not included. Amazon will automatically ship this item in manufacturing packaging unless you request otherwise at checkout. Which means a label will be placed directly on the Baby Einstein’s box. So if you’re purchasing this as a a gift, I would recommend asking Amazon to use packaging. Another thing to note is if you return it, they will request you supply a box. So do yourself a favor and just have it shipped in Amazon packaging! ... show more

This toy is very good quality, it’s not heavy and its easy to carry around or to set up somewhere more permanently. The screen is clear and colorful, it has two volume settings and four screen modes. It plays white noise with movement and light, only white noise, music with movement and light , and only white noise.
