Had some issues with the rocker coming detached from the base. Possibly a defective product. Emailed Larex and their customer service was helpful. They made it easy and simple for us to get a new product within the next few days. I’ve had four babies and this is the only rocker that we’ve found work best for us. It’s compact and light weight , doesn’t take too much space up. It’s easy to clean . Wish I found this when I had my other children. ... show more

Really nice bouncer. The harness closure has a really nice padded closure so it isn’t uncomfortable for the baby. The seat itself seems to be very comfortable. This can be a rocker or just a seat, which is nice. It looks aesthetically nice and my baby loves it. This seat doesn’t come with a mobile, or any toys attached, but we just attached our mobile from a different rocker. Very easy to assemble and it didn’t take up much space. Overall I like the product. The "fit and finish" is great. Really like the fact you can remove the seat and all the fabric out of it with a zipper so you can wash it. Not a ton of "bounce" to it but my son loves it. It rocks well, and when you want it stationary it holds in place really well. It had a factory manufacturing error/defect and the company reached out to me and was beyond helpful and fantastic. sent me a replacement with no questions, and told me they didn't even want the old one back so I didn't have to mess with returning it. This is really a nice product for the price.We planning on traveling with our infant and was looking for a lightweight baby rock to go with and I’m glad we found this one. It’s so easy to assemble and super lightweight and at the same time a good quality. Love it.
