This item itself is great for newborns we love it cause it’s easy to move from room to room and can fold down to throw in the car if we are going out of town it’s definitely been useful. we did have an issue and the leg broke off I do have multiple children that get wild and one of them fell over the rocker weakening the leg and with daily use it ended up falling off. With that being said the customer service was incredible they responded quickly and asked for pictures and and explanation of what happened and had a new rocker on the way and delivered super fast. I’m a pretty big guy, I fell on it leaning over and tripping. I used this to catch myself, not only did I bend it up pretty bad, but it bent back, and the rivets held up to my weight. I have to get another one of these now, but I was honestly pretty impressed by the quality and the fact it didn’t just break like most plastic junk. Please remove the word bouncer! Does not bounce and barely rocks, its just something to put a newborn in. Very misleading and i had to buy an actual bouncer. Also super awkward to put away as it does not fold.
