This is the second steam sauna I’ve purchased of this type. The previous one was larger and more difficult to setup. Ease of setup is incredibly fast. Stands up by it’s self. I wanted one that I could easily setup and tear down, and potentially travel with and setup in hotels. Although I’m a bigger fan of the larger option being a 6’ tall person, the smaller version works and certainly has fulfilled it’s objective. Caution burning yourself on the steam tray when stepping in! Had to adjust on the inside to avoid being burned. The steam pump is essentially the same output in a smaller space hence it gets to temp faster, and may get hotter. Overall quality of the material does not seem durable and the zippers seams could eventually tear at seams. So far so good! ... show more

Works great, takes about 10 mins to warm up and start producing proper steam. It’s not a very how sauna but it’s enough to get a good sweat in. The portability of the sauna tent is amazing, very easy to move around and transport if needed! Would def recommend to someone starting off or if on budget

I am 5'2 and can see straight across the top of the sauna. It's difficult to move inside of it to the point I cannot use the foot roller. It takes at least 10 minutes on P09 to heat up. Then I reduce it to P07 and can get the most out of it. It provides good heat for me at that level. It is easy to use if you read the instructions thoroughly. ... show more

Following all of the instructions, I set up the sauna to preheat. I came back in six minutes to find the lid head melted, and it was leaking steam. The instruction say to preheat at nine the highest temperature for 7 to 10 minutes. needless to say, I shut it down and never used it.

I love sauna's but don't have one or the space to have one at my house. I got this as an alternative. It's better than nothing, but it's not as good as a full size traditional sauna or infrared sauna though. Pros: It is easy to assemble overall. The steam that the machine produce is hot and the tent gets very steamy. Cons: It doesn't get as hot in the tent as a typical sauna though so I didn't get the muschle relaxation like in a dry sauna. I also don't like the chair this came with. It's like a mini folding camping chair. I would actually rather have a hard stool. I don't want to sit in my sweaty canvas seat. The tent is a little insulated, but not super well. It would probably get hotter if the tent was thicker. Overall, if you are looking for a tranditional sauna sweat and relaxation of muscles this is not the product for you. If you are looking for a steam room this is perfect for you. ... show more
