    • Found a metal fountain to replace leaky resin one.
This is easy to assemble with the 4 wing nuts holding the top and bottom sections. Like the filters and screen at the bottom above the reservoir to keep debris out of water supply. Also like the looks and multiple waterfalls. Would recommend this unit.

    • Not a great fountain
This fountain is completely not worth the price that they are asking for it. If I had paid for it I would be extremely disappointed. I put it together and turned it on and it immediately started leaking water everywhere. If you put even one drop too much of water in, it splashes out everywhere and makes a huge mess. The sound of the fountain is terrible. It's metal so it just sounds tinny and bad. It was so bad that I had to turn it off because I could hear it from my bed and it was disrupting my sleep. I would have given it one star, but I managed to improve the sound by putting a couple of foam yoga blocks inside the bottom basin. Also, it comes with some black rubbery stuff glued to the inside of a couple levels in the fountain. It's not clear that you're supposed to leave that there to prevent the tinny sound. I thought it was packing material and so I pulled it out. Because there are no directions telling you not to do that. Once I turned it on and heard how terrible it sounded, I reinstalled the black rubbery things that it came with. It did help with the sound but it still sounded awful until my boyfriend and I did our own upgrades with the yoga blocks and some extra padding leftover from a furniture project. Now I really like the sound of the fountain. But I can't give it more than two stars because the price is not worth what you get and we had to do too much to get it to sound good.
