This was beautiful out of the box. I got is all set up and the pump wasn’t working … I tried to move the pump all the way to the + sign and thought I had it … still want working. I started my return and as I was getting ready to repack it, I tried once more with brute force to move the little gear all the way over to the plus side and it worked. So… be sure to move that little bugger before you get it all hooked up and you should be good to go. Now I love it. ... show more

This fountain is beautiful! Be aware that it is metal, so is probably apt to rust over time. Unfortunately, this box did not include the pump and hose that was on the promised list of contents, so you will have to purchase one yourself.

The media could not be loaded. Directions: 1 star Packaging: 1 star Design and aesthetic: 5 stars I’ve had a lot of fountains and this one is top 3! I don’t like that you can’t see the max fill line or water level without taking it apart, but I love everything else about it. The lighting was crazy bright and was already partially detached, so I moved it to the bottom and now it’s perfect. It took me 45 minutes to remove all the chewed up styrofoam from the fountain interior and I still have a kitchen full of it…packaging sucks. ... show more
