This is a nice build for the price, and it is sufficient for the person I bought this for (my wife). But it did arrive with a bad power-supply fan that was making a lot of noise. I contacted the seller and they said they would send me another power supply for me to install, and that they would also send a $50.00 gift card for our trouble. Sounds good so I said yes. Then after some more emails they asked what my email address was since it was blocked by amazon. So I sent it, and they said it was not shown even in the email I sent. So they requested I send a text with my email, which I did. Still no gift card, and I inquire about it. They ask if they can credit my account $50.00 which I said fine, but why did you ask for my info for the gift card? I get a reply today saying,” My manager wants customer to give review before gift card. I promised you a gift card” Not sure what the chances are with me getting a gift card or not. I typed in the 3 things I was lacking and AVGPC Quiet Series Gaming PC Intel 9400F 6 Cores 4.1 GHz Turbo, 8GB DDR4, GT 1030 4GB, 500GB SSD, WiFi AC BT was the first thing to pop up. Honestly I was expecting a decent PC, but this build was amazing booted up fast great specs. Pretty much plug and play. The only thing I would say, I didn't see any fasteners for the Expansion Bay for a HDD. Other than that amazing overall.
