It comes compressed in, what I would describe as, a canvas carrying bag for a lawn chair. Once you remove it, be sure to bend the limbs down a bit so they will branch out instead of straight up. Each branch has multiple limbs so be sure to bend those too. If you can, use a hair dryer to heat the plastic limbs while bending them so they will cool down and maintain the position you want them in. ... show more

The stems were frozen in an upward position with the backs of the leaves facing out. Never would relax down and out after removed from box. Couldn’t manipulate or rearrange / fluff out to look natural. Return was easy.

Living in Florida, we typically get rain almost every day. When I had live plants in these pots on the lanai, I'd have to move them or cover them with plastic bags to keep them from getting water logged. I finally gave up - looked at lots of artificial plants and settle on this plant. Shipped really well and it didn't take long to spread them out a bit so they looked real.
